Do you need to lodge an income tax return?
Whilst our clients may not know whether or why they need to lodge an income tax return because we solve that, there may be a parent or spouse who may need to know.

The Australian Taxation Office sends a "fact sheet" with answers to this question to pensioners each year.

If this form (like so many) is too intimidating or at the end you are not sure, ask us for assistance.

If you didn't lodge an income tax return via a tax agent last year, then you should ask us before 31st October - that is the personal lodgement deadline when no tax agent is appointed.
